- Time Limit: Any claims must be brought within one (1) year from the date the issue was discovered or should have reasonably been discovered.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent legal remedies (such as injunctions) from a court. Any such proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada, to which all parties consent to jurisdiction.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using QuickPolicies.com, you agree that any disputes or claims will be handled under Ontario law.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Sivaiah Technologies Inc. concerning the use of QuickPolicies.com and override any previous agreements or communications.
